What kind of products does FancyThings sell?

We specialize in premium automotive-themed collectibles and display solutions — including Hot Wheels display cases, diecast organizers, LED display frames, spoiler shelves, brake caliper lamps, automotive clocks, and collector accessories.

Are your products suitable for Hot Wheels and 1:64 scale cars?

Yes! Most of our organizers and display cases are designed specifically for 1:64 scale diecast cars like Hot Wheels, Matchbox, and similar brands. Product descriptions mention compatible sizes.

Can other collectibles be stored in your organizers?

Absolutely. While our products are designed with diecast cars in mind, many can also be used for action figures, small models, or any miniature collectibles.

Are your products suitable as gifts?

100%! FancyThings products make excellent gifts for car lovers, collectors, and hobbyists. Many customers buy our products for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions. Our premium packaging makes them gift-ready.

Do organizers come assembled?

Most products come ready to use out of the box. Some wall-mounted items may require basic installation (mounting hardware included). Product pages specify assembly requirements.

Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Tier 2 cities: 5–7 days. Remote areas: 7–10 days. All orders ship free across India.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. Use it on the courier partner’s website or contact us with your Order ID for an update.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, COD is available on most orders and pin codes across India. A small convenience fee may apply on select orders.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, address changes depend on the courier partner and may not be possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Contact us at support@fancythings.shop with your Order ID. Prepaid orders are refunded within 5–7 business days.

Returns & Replacements

What if my product arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and an unboxing video/photos. We’ll send a free replacement once the claim is verified.

Do you offer refunds?

We follow a replacement-first policy. Refunds are provided only if a replacement isn’t possible (e.g., product out of stock). Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Is an unboxing video mandatory?

Strongly recommended. It’s the fastest way to validate claims and get your replacement processed quickly. Without it, investigation may take longer.

What if the LED in my product isn’t working?

That’s covered under our replacement policy. Report within 48 hours with video proof and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Payments & Security

Is online payment secure?

Yes, all payments are processed through Razorpay/Shopify Payments with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card or bank details.

My payment was deducted but order wasn’t placed. What do I do?

Wait 24–48 hours for automatic reversal. If not refunded within 5–7 days, email us at support@fancythings.shop with your transaction screenshot.

Will FancyThings ask for my OTP or bank details?

Never. We will never ask for your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, or banking credentials. If anyone does, it’s a scam — do not share any information.

Is FancyThings a legitimate/trustworthy brand?

Yes! FancyThings is a registered Indian brand with thousands of happy customers. Check out our reviews and social media for real customer feedback and setup photos.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping may be available in the future.

Do you restock sold-out products?
